A Daihatsu Xenia car B 2479 XI drived by Afriyani Susanti,29 hit a dozen people at M Ridwan Rais,Tani Monument,Central Jakarta.Nine people were killed.Four others were wounded. Jakarta Police analytical team has reacted immidiately.This team has been established for along time. but only deployed for accidents with fatalities over five people. Their task was to found the cause of the accident which occurred on Sunday afternoon, January 22, 2012. The team has no time to complete its analysis of more than 20 days or prior to the detention of the suspect out. There are four major factors that are the focus of analysis: the human orthe driver, vehicle condition, environmental or weather, and road infrastructure.
There were some factors that caused the accidents :
First, the driver drove in unstable conditions. In addition to driving in a drowsy condition, he was also under the influence of narcotics and alcohol. The results of urine tests showednarcotic substances such as shabu-shabu, ecstasy, and also whiskey.
Second, the driver drove the vehicle at high speed, nearly 100 kilometers per hour. This speed exceeds the normal limit driving on a public road about 60 kilometers per hour.

In my opinion based on the article above , we should be sympathetic especially to the victims's family and the suspect's family. The victims's family has lost friends or family. Moreover, there were a children,woman,and teenager who knew nothing and became the victims. We have listened a story from the accident. Where there was a poor family from another province who wanted to visited jakarta only to saw the nasional Monument but they got such a tragic accident they even never dreamt of. We also should see from the suspect's family side. They should bear the shame caused by Afriyani , they also should bear the fear from the public. Afriyani has done something terrible so that she should be responsible for her mistakes. However, she only a human who have mistakes for sure. And it's the government's time to be fair and give an appropriate punishment for Afriyani. Afriyani should meet the victim's family and asking for appologize in a supposed way and maybe give such a relief for the family. And the last, public should be smart to see such a problem , and make this accident as a bad example
